LaVar Predicts Rings With LeBron Culminating The Beginning Of LeBron Vs. LaVar

And so it begins. So begins the eventual feud that will the greatest basketball player in my generation and most likely the consensus #2 player of all time, possibly #1 but no worse than top 5 player in the history of the gameĀ  LeBron James vs. the father of the #2 overall pick from last year’s draft, who started a shoe/clothing company based off the fact that his sons, or should I say son is good at basketball, who also said he could of beaten Michael Jordan in a game of one on one LaVar Ball.

Let it be written that this will undoubtedly become a thing that will capture the world’s eye. It already sort of started last year when LaVar surprisingly started speaking about James’s kids

“It’s going to be hard for [LeBron’s] kids because they are going to look at them like, ‘You got to be just like your dad,'” LaVar told Chris Broussard this month.

“And after a while, that pressure starts sitting on you like, ‘Why do I got to be just like him? What can’t I just be me?’ And then they are going to be like, ‘Aw, you’re soft, you’re not that good.’ Because the expectation is very, very high.”

I don’t have kids but I’m told that you don’t talk about another man’s kids, but in the Big Baller World, that’s an okay thing to do. People don’t forget so it’s safe to say that LeBron came to Los Angeles knowing full well that eventually he and LaVar were going to have to get into it regardless of how much Magic said he’ll keep LaVar under wraps. You can’t shut up LaVar, nobody can. Doesn’t matter if you threaten trading Lonzo or what. Eventually, he will end up being himself and will call out the Lakers for not winning enough or blaming them for why Lonzo still can’t score. Something, something will happen that will get LaVar to open his mouth just a little bit and when he does just open his mouth a little bit, it will lead to a tsunami amount of talk. He’ll say something stupid and then the media will of course have to ask coach LeBron his thoughts on the matter and he will not really back down. Then it’s on and I can’t wait for it. You can set your watch to it.

I can see it now. They get roughed up by the Warriors, Lonzo has a pedestrian night and LaVar shoots off how if the King got him more involved than they would of won by 50. Gonna be awesome, hilarious and in everybody’s face and not Luke Walton, The Buss family or Magic Johnson will be able to do anything about it unless they you know, trade Lonzo. That be the capper.

PS- It be awesome if somehow the Warriors signed Prince
